We have installed a customized workflow of importing scanned documents into the refinery’s MS SharePoint Server. The customer had an archiving project that was launched to satisfy a legal requirement. The customer was faced with years of paper based documents which is difficult to sort and find the needed information. Directly from the Xerox ConnectKey device we can browse multiple levels of folders within the site, scan and add searchable terms to the file.
