Dave came to CDS NJ in February 2004 as a Sales Manager after six successful years as a territory manager at another small Xerox Agency. In 2010, he was promoted to Vice President of Sales handling Hudson, Union, Middlesex and Somerset Counties. Through his years at CDS, Dave has helped grow CDS NJ through his account relationships and his ability to motivate his team to foster new business opportunities in his territories.
Giovanni Rutigliano started his career with CDS, in 2002. He is currently the Vice President of Sales serving their Fairfield, NJ branch. Giovanni specializes in SMB sales and sales training, coaching, and mentoring. As a Regional Sales Manager, he was responsible for training and managing a team of business development account executives throughout Northern and Central New Jersey while developing marketing plans to obtain new business. In his current role he is involved in recruiting, hiring, and on-boarding, and has incorporated a structured training program for sales teams implementing the Sandler Selling System. Giovanni is an active networker involved in many community related activities. He earned his Bachelor’s in Finance from Seton Hall University.
